LA loaded volume down 3% in October

   The Port of Los Angeles saw loaded container volume drop 3.2 percent year-on-year in October, with exports falling more than 7 percent.    The port’s total volume actually rose 0.8 percent during the month to 718,406 TEUs, but that was primarily due to a 15.7 percent increase in empties.
