The multimodal transportation and compliance software provider Kewill said over the weekend it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Four Soft, a software company based in Hyderabad, India.
The acquisition is expected to close within 90 days and is aimed at expanding Kewill’s existing leadership position in the supply chain execution software market.
Four Soft develops and markets a portfolio of logistics solutions for logistics service providers, retailers and manufacturers. It has more than 400 customers, with over 60,000 users across 120 countries.
