Thomas Kelly, executive vice president and chief operating officer of MOL (America), will retire at the end of July, the Japanese container line said Friday. Kelly joined MOL in July 1999 as the regional vice president for the Midwest region. In 2004, he was appointed vice president of North America operations, ascending to his current roles in 2006.
