'K' Line orders five 14,000-TEU containerships

   “K” Line said Monday it will deploy five new 14,000-TEU containerships in the Asia-Europe trade.    The Japanese carrier said the five ships will be built by the Imabari Shipbuilding Co. for an undisclosed price.    The vessels will be delivered in the spring and summer of 2015 and will “strengthen efficiency and cost competitiveness of 'K' Line’s containership business,” the carrier said.    The ships will be part of CKYH Alliance service.
