Jaxport board elects new chairman

The Jacksonville Port Authority's board has elected Stephen D. Busey as chairman, beginning July 1. Busey takes over from Reginald L. Gaffney, who will continue to serve as a Jaxport board member. Busey is chairman of the Jacksonville law firm Smith Hulsey & Busey. He also serves on the boards of several community non-profit organizations and was appointed to Jaxport's board in 2009.
