Blue Tree Systems, a provider of trailer tracking, reefer monitoring and in-cab fleet management solutions, appointed Jack Jacobs to national sales executive for North America. Jacobs, who was most recently director of sales for StarTrak Systems, brings an extensive background in trucking telematics, particularly in trailer tracking and cold-chain management, Blue Tree said....
