Italian firm opens new multimodal facility

FPS network member Sinergy Cargo has opened a 105,000-square-meter cargo terminal in Arquata Scrivia, Italy, near the Genoa port. The new terminal encompasses 10 units spanning 20,000 square feet each and five cereal silos. Large truck parking areas and 2.5 kilometers of rail sidings connected to the national rail system are also part of the development.
