InterChez Logistics Systems, a global logistics, translation, and consulting company, has appointed Carlos Fuentes to vice president of corporate and governmental affairs. Prior to joining InterChez, Fuentes was a consultant for finance and procurement strategies at the U.S. Commerce Department’s Minority Business Development group.
