ITC says Chinese sink exports subsidized

   The U.S. International Trade Commission ruled imports of stainless steel sinks from China are subsidized by the Chinese government and are harming domestic manufacturers of similar products since they are sold on the U.S. market at less than fair value.    All six ITC commissioners voted in the affirmative on Thursday.    As a result of the ITC's determinations, the Commerce Department will now issue antidumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of these products fr...
