ITC continues silica brick import investigation

   The U.S. International Trade Commission unanimously determined there is “reasonable indication” that a U.S. industry is harmed by imports of silica bricks and shapes from China that are allegedly sold in the United States at less than fair value.    As a result of the ITC's affirmative determination, the Commerce Department will continue its investigation on imports of this product, with its preliminary antidumping duty determination due by April 24.    The ITC's publi...
