   IBM has opened a new Supply Chain Analytics Center of Competency (CoC) in Singapore.    The goal of these CoCs is to create analytics-based solutions that improve supply chain efficiencies.    The Singapore site will follow the model of an IBM living lab, allowing the company to develop and test new analytics tools.
