IAG Cargo announced today the expansion of its Constant Climate network into airports in Prague, Vienna, Las Palmas, Basel and Zurich.
As IAG Cargo’s offering for temperature-controlled pharmaceuticals, the expansion of Constant Climate into these locations allows it to support businesses operating from key pharmaceutical hubs, most notably Switzerland, the company said.
When leaving Switzerland, exports are able to flow through two Constant Climate hubs in Madrid and London. In addition, IAG Cargo’s trucking network links these new centers with three hubs in Europe — London, Madrid and Frankfurt.
“The opening of these centers is in response to the global demand for our specialist service, especially with the huge pharmaceutical manufacturing exports coming out of this region,” Alan Dorling, global head of pharmaceuticals and life sciences at IAG Cargo, said in a statement.
