Hill aides visit Baltimore to learn about ports

   Staff representing nearly a dozen lawmakers on the Congressional PORTS Caucus visited the Port of Baltimore Tuesday to see first hand how a large commercial port operates and stakeholders interact.     The PORTS Caucus is a discussion group on Capitol Hill founded by Rep.
