Hapag-Lloyd raises Asia/India-Mideast rates

     The liner carrier Hapag-Lloyd said Wednesday it will hike rates from Asia to the Indian Subcontinent and Middle East over the next month.    On Feb. 15, the line will increase rates by $100 from Asia to the Indian Subcontinent. On March 1, it will increase rates by $150 from Asia to Persian Gulf and Red Sea ports. The increases are applicable to all Far East origin ports except in Japan....
