   Hamburg Süd said next month it will start offering two new services from the Mexican port of Manzanillo to the west coast of Central America.    The German liner carrier said the new services are part of a restructuring of its west coast Central America service, which "will purposefully add the growing markets in Central America to the Hamburg Süd Asia – Latin America west coast service and the two west coast North America services."    One sling will connect Manzanill...
