   The U.S. Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service said after contract talks on Tuesday and Wednesday the grain terminals represented by the Pacific Northwest Grain Handlers and International Longshore and Warehouse Union Locals 4, 8, 19 and 23 "have agreed they require additional time to review their options.
