GHX, a health care supply chain consulting service based in Louisville, Colo., has named Steve Cochran as its new chief technology officer.
Cochran will lead development of the company’s exchange service that connects providers with suppliers.
Cochran comes from GXS where he served as vice president of global product management. Cochran was the technology chief of Inovis until that company was purchased by GXS.
GHX, founded by five medical device providers and now owned by 20 groups, automates supply chain moves for medical device suppliers, healthcare providers, and group purchasing organizations.
