GHX names Cochran tech chief

   GHX, a health care supply chain consulting service based in Louisville, Colo., has named Steve Cochran as its new chief technology officer.    Cochran will lead development of the company’s exchange service that connects providers with suppliers.    Cochran comes from GXS where he served as vice president of global product management.
