   U.S. Customs officers in Laredo, Texas, recently seized a shipment of 7,800 counterfeit Audemars Piguet watches with a retail value of $83 million, the agency said.    It is the second significant seizure involving the same trademark in less than six months.    Import specialists identified the shipment, which arrived by an express delivery truck, for a secondary examination at the port of entry.
