The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Cirrus International, Karachi, Pakistan (Umar F. Volcanes, manager/member); Leon Export & Import Services, Miami (Celia Leon, president); Nostrum Freight, Scotch Plains, N.J. (Maria D. Rodriguez Del Real, member); NRL Logistics for International Shipping & Transport Services, Cairo, Egypt, Hany Boshra, chairman); Sigma Trade Logistics Corp., Miami (Joseph R. Caceres, president); Si-Log USA, New York (Francesco Santori, member/manager); Transworld Logistics Group, Piscataway, N.J. (Ziad Barghash, president); Uniway Freight Service, Brooklyn, N.Y.
