FMC reviews 28 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 28 license applications and changes for review.     The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Atlantic Cargo Logistics, Deland, Fla. (Dietmar Lutte, managing member); Deep Ocean International Logistics, Houston (Sandra Lesage, member); JP Express Shipping Corp., Bronx, N.Y. (Felipe Vasquez, president); KazTransLimited, Shymkent, Kuzakhstan (Petr Ugay, general director)...
