The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 13 license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Anchor Express, Wood Dale, Ill. (Miroslaw Lechowicz, president); KTL USA, Edgewater, N.J. (Tufan Duygun, secretary); T-Z Enterprises, Cypress, Calif. (Moo Sang Cho, chief executive officer); Welcome Freight Forwarding, Miami (Gustavo T. Navarro, president); and World Trade Cargo & Logistics, DFW Airport, Texas (Rolanda Leslie, vice president).
The agency also received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Axima USA, Los Angeles (Michelle Carollo, manager); Global Logistic Partners, Miami (Carol Bagouty, president); and Logistics Cargo Concept, Inglewood, Calif. (Sammy Yeung, president).
In addition, the FMC received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Cargozone Logistics, Torrance, Calif. (Joon H. Yang, chief executive officer); Concert Group Logistics, Downers Grove, Ill. (Dominick Muzi, president); ICAT Logistics, Elkridge, Md. (Howard K. Buford, ocean freight director); and Jacobson Global Logistics, Seattle (Kevin J. Krause, vice president of pricing and supplier management); and for a transfer from Jade Sky Logistics Corp., Riverview, Fla. (Sidney Rosario, president) from a New York corporation to a Florida corporation under the same name.
