FMCSA parks Alabama trucker

   The U.S. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has ordered Alabama-based BM&L Trucking LLC and affiliated company IDM Transportation to stay off the road because they pose an imminent hazard to public safety.     It's the fourth small carrier the agency, part of the Department of Transportation, has shut down in the past month.    The FMCSA said BM&L allowed drivers to exceed daily work limits, did not check driver qualifications prior to hiring, and...
