Exel makes senior appointments

Exel, a North American supply chain management subsidiary of Deutsche Post DHL, has appointed Scott Cubbler to president of life sciences and healthcare for the Americas. Cubbler joined Exel in 2001 as director of operations and became a senior director in 2003. Since 2006, he has served as vice president of life sciences and healthcare.
