Cargotec, a provider of marine terminal equipment and technology, has appointed Mika Vehviläinen to president and chief executive officer, effective March 1. Tapio Hakakari, Cargotec's vice chairman, will continue as the interim president and CEO until Feb. 28. Vehviläinen is currently the President and CEO of Finnair Plc.
