Ex-Im Bank: $2 billion financing for U.A.E. nuclear plant

   The U.S. Export-Import Bank on Friday announced the authorization of a $2 billion direct loan to the Barakah One Co. of the United Arab Emirates to underwrite the export of American equipment and service-expertise for the construction of a nuclear power plant in the Abu Dhabi emirate.    According to estimates derived from U.S. Census Bureau statistics, the line of credit will support about 5,000 American jobs across 17 states.    The transaction will finance the constructi...
