Electrolux to use GT Nexus for freight spend management

   The cloud-based global trade technology developer GT Nexus said this week it has been selected by the appliance manufacturer Electrolux to provide a cloud technology platform to automate the global freight spend management process for ocean and air.    “We needed better technology to support our move from normal annual and spot buying to an ongoing, strategic freight management approach,” said Bjorn Vang Jensen, vice president purchasing for global logistics at Electrolux. ...
