Hansa Heavy Lift, based in Hamburg, Germany, has named Tomas Dyrbye, former group senior vice president at AP Moeller-Maersk, as its chief executive officer, effective Aug. 1. Dyrbye, a 30-year maritime industry veteran, succeeds Roger Iliffe, who will join the Hansa board. Prior to this appointment, Dyrbye served as CEO of Safmarine, a unit of AP Moeller-Maersk.
