Deutsche Bank arm bids for Virginia terminals

   A real-estate investment arm of Deutsche Bank, the German banking giant, has reportedly filed a proposal to state officials to run the terminals of the Virginia Port Authority, The Virginian-Pilot reported Friday.    The proposal from Deutsche Bank's RREEF unit is one of three the state has received from outside entities to take over port operations in the wake of an unsolicited bid by APM Terminals in May to run the terminals.     American Shipper reported last week that th...
