Descartes acquires Infodis

Descartes Systems Group, a provider of on-demand and software-as-a-service logistics software, has acquired Infodis B.V., a Netherlands-based provider of SaaS transportation management solutions. The purchase was an all-cash deal worth about $3.7 million.
