Court judgment against Port of Houston reversed

The Port of Houston said that a state appeals court has reversed a lower court ruling and rendered judgment against Zachry Construction Corporation in a suit the company filed in 2006 against the Port of Houston Authority. The port said a trial court had previously awarded Zachry $19.7 million for breach of contract arising from work done on the Bayport container terminals.
