   Rail Logistics is expanding its " Cold Train " logistics service, adding new equipment and adding new destinations this year.    In early 2010, Rail Logistics launched the intermodal reefer service service in partnership with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway from the Port of Quincy in Washington State to destinations in the Midwest--Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, and Iowa.    Monthly volume has grown from about 100 containers of perishable commodities when...
