   Chapman Freeborn has set up a new location in the Buenos Aires offices of Air World Travel, further expanding the air charter company's presence in the region.    Company officials have already handled two charter shipments from the area on Boeing 747 freighters. The first job involved 75 tons of printing calibration equipment from multiple origin points in Germany.
