CenterPoint builds Texas DC for ACE Hardware

CenterPoint Properties broke ground this week on a new ACE Hardware distribution center at Wilmer, Texas. The 450,000-square-foot facility will be situated on 31.3 acres within the 59.9-acre Sunridge Business Park. The facility will be leased by ACE for 10 years, and is located about 10 miles outside Dallas, along the LBJ Freeway (Interstate-45).
