CTSA increases CAF rate

   The Canada Transpacific Stabilization Agreement member lines said Tuesday they are amending their currency adjustment factor from July 1.    The eastbound CAF will be 8 percent from all Asia origins, including China and Japan.    The organization last amended its surcharge as of April, when it was set at 7 percent.
