   Canadian Pacific Railway said it has reached a multi-year agreement with Unimin Corp. of New Canaan, Conn., for the movement of fracking sand from Unimin's new facility in Tunnel City, Wis., to North Dakota, Texas, Colorado and elsewhere.    CP will become the exclusive railroad at the facility which is slated to open in 2013 and will produce 2 million tons of fracking sand annually.    Fracking sand is used in hydraulic fracturing of oil and gas wells.
