COSCO hikes Asia-ECSA rates

   COSCO Container Lines said Tuesday it will seek to increase rates on the trade from the Far East to the east coast of South America.    The increase, $500 per 20-foot container and $1,000 per 40-foot or 40-foot high-cube container, is effective from June 15....
