An article in the Dec. 13 AS Daily , “FMC approves NRAs for foreign NVOs” mischaracterized action taken by the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission earlier this week. The commission has "not yet voted to expand the availability of NRAs to foreign registered NVOCCs," said Karen Gregory, secretary of the FMC.
