CBP trade symposium rescheduled for late November

   U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced it has rescheduled its annual Trade Symposium for Nov. 27-28 in Washington.    A specific site is still to be determined.    The event was originally planned for Oct. 29-30, but was rescheduled when Hurricane Sandy forced the federal government to shut down.    CBP says it will issue refunds within 14 days to all registrants.
