Arcline to meet Canada's eManifest

Starting Nov. 1, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will require carriers, forwarders, customs brokers, and importers to use an electronic manifest system to electronically submit cargo and shipment data directly to the government agency prior to their arrival at any border crossing.
