Air cargo charter brokers set up consortium

   Three air cargo charter brokers have started the Global Charter Alliance (GCA), a consortium of independent brokers.    GCA’s founding members are Pacific Airlift of Singapore, The Charter Store in the United States, and recently-formed NEO Air Charter of Germany.
