APM Terminals said Friday that it has entered into a joint venture to build and operate three new berths at the Meishan Container Terminal in Ningbo. APMT will take a 25 percent stake in a venture that will operate a one-kilometer quay -- berths 3, 4, and 5 in the terminal. The berths are expected to become operational by the end of 2014.
