ABF lawsuit against YRC, Teamsters dismissed

   A lawsuit by less-than-trailerload trucker ABF Freight System which claimed subsidiaries of YRC Worldwide and the Teamsters violated the National Master Freight Agreement was dismissed by Judge Susan Webber Wright of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.    ABF originally filed the suit on Nov. 1, 2010, claiming violations of the collective-bargaining agreement covering most unionized trucking employees in the country.    Wright had previously dismiss...
