APL lets go 3 North America veterans

   Three long-time North America-based executives of the ocean carrier APL have been let go in a global restructuring that has seen the line shed a reported 500 jobs.    The three executives are George Hearn, Ted Fordney, and Earl Agron. Hearn was most recently vice president of APL’s eastern U.S. region, while Fordney was vice president of the U.S. central region.
