3 unions ratify rail contracts

   Members of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers & Trainmen, the National Conference of Firemen and Oilers, and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers have ratified new contracts with the nation's largest freight railroads.    The three unions together represent about 33,170 workers.    Seven rail unions now have ratified contracts and another five unions have reached tentative agreements that are awaiting member ratification.    T...
